ANCHOR-LOK® The Ultimate Solution for Concrete Protection

Atlas’ Thermoplastic linings can be found in an array of Industrial applications. ANCHOR-LOK has been successfully installed in a variety of manufacturing facilities including Chemical, Steel, and Battery to note a few.

Atlas’ ANCHOR-LOK rigid thermoplastic lining system casts directly into concrete to “LOK” in the protection and security necessary for long lasting substrate protection.  Because ANCHOR-LOK relies on a mechanical bond utilizing our uniquely engineered anchors, it eliminates the need to rely on a system where proper surface prep and installation details are sometimes difficult to achieve.

One of the markets Atlas is finding success for ANCHOR-LOK applications is the Water & Wastewater Treatment sector.  Atlas currently has approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of ANCHOR-LOK either being fabricated and/or installed for project destinations on the east coast.

On the horizon is approximately another 21,000 sq. ft. for a project in the Midwest region of the country and another 10,000 SF project in the mid-states region, which should highlight the fact there is a requirement and need for ANCHOR-LOK regardless of the installation destination.

For Engineering firms, it can be noted that our materials are being utilized in Storage Tanks, Pump Stations, Lift Stations, and Wet Wells.

ANCHOR-LOK has excellent chemical, thermal and abrasion resistance and withstands external hydraulic pressure well over 100 ft. (30 m.) head pressure.
